What happens
Lois Lane and Clark Kent learn from Mr. Partes, a visitor to the Daily Planet, that the word Zalutov means big fool in Bolemar, the country that holds the abducted atomic scientist Professor Sturgeon. Their investigation points to the dictator Rex, and Superman is drawn into the conflict. Horatio Horn, the little amateur detective, is also part of the story.
