What happens
Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen, on vacation in the Canadian woods, hire a French-Canadian guide named Batiste for a two-week dog sled trip. As they camp in a forest clearing, two men order them off a supposed government game preserve. Kent, suspicious of the men's story, decides to stay put and keep watch. Later that night, Kent spots an airplane circling the area and sees a light flash a signal from deep in the forest. Kent and Jimmy realize something strange is happening, and the two men return to search the clearing for an object the plane may have dropped. The episode is the first part of a two-part story from The Adventures of Superman, first broadcast on July 14, 1941.
