What happens
Clark Kent and young Jimmy Olsen, stranded near Volcano Island after escaping a burning boat, try to make sense of Dr. Deutsch's radium smuggling operation. They reason that a figure at the naval base, who forged Commander Lee's name, may be the true boss behind the espionage ring. Jimmy and Clark make their way back to the cove where Deutsch once kept a hideout. There they spot a man dragging a speedboat from the bushes at the water's edge, and Clark prepares to move in on him. The segment ends with Clark about to confront the man, leaving his identity unrevealed.
