What happens
Lois Lane stands trial for a murder she did not commit, after a confidence gang leader planted evidence in her apartment and made it look as though she was the killer. Clark Kent and editor Perry White wait anxiously in the courtroom while the jury deliberates behind a closed door. Meanwhile Batman and Robin search police records for a woman who resembles Lois Lane and might be the real gangster Dixie Lamar. The episode is part of the 1945 serial The Adventures of Superman, first broadcast on September 19, 1945. The episode stops before the verdict is announced.
