What happens
Clark Kent and young Jimmy Olsen are at the Tumbleweed ranch when Clark learns that the trucks carrying oil are in danger. Earlier, Clark overheard foreman Chuck Connors plotting to wreck those trucks and forced the details from him, and Superman stopped a falling rock that would have crushed the convoy. Meanwhile Jimmy was tied to a wild horse, and Superman rescued him from a cliff's edge. Banker Abner Keating and his associate Dan Larson scheme to force Tumbleweed Jones to sign a pipeline contract by accusing him of fraud over his property loan, and Comanche Joe has vanished.
