What happens
Perry White, the editor of the Daily Planet, and his photographer Jimmy Olsen have vanished after being seized by hooded members of the Clan of the Fiery Cross. Clark Kent has been searching for them, and he suspects the Klan retaliated against White for publishing editorials attacking the group and offering rewards for the identities of its members. Clark enlists Inspector Henderson, and the two follow a lead from a boy who may have telephoned Clark earlier. Meanwhile, White and Olsen are held in a hidden cave in the hills above Metropolis, bound and guarded. The Superman series, a radio adventure, aired on June 19, 1946, and the episode ends on a cliffhanger.
