What happens
Henry Miller, the Nazi Atom Man, threatens to flood Metropolis by shattering the dam that holds back the city's billion-gallon reservoir. Army and police guard the waterways while Superman searches the skies and riverbanks for him. At the Daily Planet, Perry White, Jimmy Olsen and Lois Lane wait tensely for the threat to unfold. Superman spots Miller in the dark woods above the city and tries to seize the converter at his throat, but Miller fires his green lightning at him. The Atom Man then turns toward the reservoir dam, and two guards watch the lightning advance on it. The episode ends with the battle unresolved.
