What happens
Clark Kent, who is secretly Superman, lies weakened in a hidden cellar under a country garage, drained by Kryptonite. His captor, Henry Miller, has turned on his ally Sidney, who is dead now, and has taken Sidney's car and clothing. Miller, now calling himself the Atom Man, heads for Metropolis, where he phones the mayor with a threat against the Metropolis Stadium. Meanwhile Clark struggles to reach the hidden switch that would open the concrete floor above him, hoping to warn Inspector Anderson before the Atom Man strikes.
A secluded country house garage and cellar, and later the streets and drugstore of Metropolis.
