What happens
Superman lies unconscious in a country hospital, his identity unknown, while the Nazi Henry Miller, the Atom Man, tests his atomic power in Metropolis and finds it fading. Miller recalls a warning that his Kryptonite supply could run out and tries to recover his strength. He visits the wealthy, candy-eating Sidney, who agrees to help him find the Scarlet Widow, the only source of more Kryptonite. Sidney's servant Gito reveals he has already looked into the Widow's whereabouts in Metropolis. Meanwhile, two doctors, Dr. Bruce Chefostath and Dr. Jacob Sims, grimly discuss Superman's hopeless condition.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
