What happens
Clark Kent and Captain Waters join Professor Peters in the Arctic, searching for the missing explorer Alonzo Craig and the Indian treasure of the Cunaluka. Following a map torn in two and hidden in a ring, they reach a sunken ice temple and hear a strange laughing voice inside. The search turns from mystery to danger as Peters and Waters confront a creature in the ice caves, and Kent reports that a man resembling Craig is calling himself a witch doctor. The installment ends on a cliffhanger, with the group still far from understanding what has happened to Craig.
