What happens

Commander Corey and cadet Happy investigate a burglary at the Maris Design and Development Company, where a vault was broken into and valuable antiscope plans were stolen. Maris and his chief engineer, Chiller, pass a brain-a-graph test, and Corey finds fragments of broken glasses in the vault. A visit to Ward Stokes, a precision machinist with a workshop, leads the pair to a hidden room that duplicates Maris's private office. Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
