What happens

Space Patrol commander Corey and cadet Happy investigate a warehouse incident at the Terra Space Port, where a six-ton cargo load is dropped toward them. The trail leads to Erich Zanker, president of Interplanetary Procurement, and his chemist Gantt Conlon, who are linked to Alpha Chemical. Martis Randall, a researcher there, has privately developed a dangerous chemical, Formula G3K, that overrides a person's reasoning and leaves them obedient. A fire at her laboratory has destroyed records, and she grows worried that someone has stolen the formula. The story is told in a plain, serial-adventure style, and the episode is one of the Space Patrol series, aired on August 21, 1954.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
