What happens
In 1944 the Office of Strategic Services trains a new class of agents near Washington, among them Jeff Lassiter and Bill O'Connell. Charles Gibson and Bob Sharkey suspect that one trainee is a German agent, and they devise a plan to let him learn false information and carry it back to his handlers. Lassiter is sent to London and then to Holland to test the plan, while the OSS prepares a larger mission against a rocket bomb depot. The episode is the first half of the Screen Guild Theater presentation of 13 Rue Madeleine, broadcast on 25 November 1948, starring Humphrey Bogart, John Beal, William Lundigan and Leon Ames.
The United States and England in 1944, then occupied France and Holland during the Second World War.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
