The episode is adapted from the 1945 film Guest Wife.

Catuosa, and later New York City

Characters: Mary Price, Joe Parker, Chris Price, Arthur Truesdale-Worth

Listen for: Joe's running joke about the word "kibble," the mix-ups over the picture Joe sent his boss, and the escalating confusion at the hotel.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
