What happens
Bart Kendrick, a New York book publisher, is trying to end his marriage to Diana so he can be with Johnny Jones, a Viennese refugee whose visa has expired. Johnny is ordered to leave the country, and she proposes a marriage of convenience to Bill Smith, a struggling writer who agrees to help her. The arrangement brings Bill, Johnny and Bart into a tangled triangle, with Bill's unfinished novel drawing on their lives. The Screen Guild Theater broadcast of Come Live with Me aired on August 2, 1943, starring Hedy Lamarr, John Loder, Vincent Price and Louise Albritton.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
