What happens

In wartime Casablanca, cafe owner Rick Blaine is drawn into a dangerous affair when Ugarthi, a murder suspect, is arrested with stolen letters of transit that Rick is believed to hold. Victor Laszlo, a resistance leader, and his wife Ilsa arrive in the city seeking exit papers, and Rick discovers that Ilsa is a woman he knew in Paris. Screen Guild Theater presents this radio adaptation of the Warner Brothers film Casablanca, broadcast on April 26, 1943, with Ingrid Bergman, Paul Henry and Humphrey Bogart reprising their film roles as Ilsa, Victor Laszlo and Rick Blaine.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
