What happens

Tim Sullivan, a young man who has a long record of failed ventures, is given charge of logging a stand of timber that his uncle has bought as an investment. His father, Mike Sullivan, worries that Tim will fail again and asks Ranger Bill to help him. Bill persuades Tim to accept the job and backs him with the Rangers. Tim hires crews, sets up the cutting, and works to meet a deadline for delivering logs to the mill. Ranger Bill is the lead character in this 1957 episode of the Ranger Bill series, which aired on March 27, 1957.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
