What happens

Ranger Bill investigates the shooting of over one hundred birds in the forest near Naughty Pine. Wes, Jack, Harry and their friends are among the local boys with 22 rifles, and a newcomer called Skinny is shut out of their club. Ranger Bill, along with Graywolf and Stumpy, suspects the boys' sneakers match trail signs left at the scene, and they set up watch at the edges of town on the route the gang would likely take. Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
