What happens

Dr. Swift and Professor Anderson, scientists from a state university, explore a newly opened cave beneath Shady Mountain near Naughty Pine. They find evidence of an ancient North American civilization, including a skeleton. A seismograph begins to tremble and the glacier above shifts, and Dr. Swift is trapped under fallen rock. Ranger Bill and his companions Henry and Stumpy set out through snow to reach the cave, where they must work out how to free him. Ranger Bill, Stumpy and Henry are the main figures of the Ranger Bill series, which aired on February 5, 1958.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
