What happens

Ranger Bill and his fellow rangers receive a visit from Keith and his family, who are planning to climb Mount Evergreen. Keith asks the rangers for weather and trail information before the family sets out, with young Timmy making his first climb. Later, at a campsite below the summit, Timmy wanders off alone, and his mother Alice and the others search for him. The story follows the family's efforts to reach the boy after he ends up stranded on the far side of a split in the mountain. The transcript covers only the first part of the episode.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
