What happens

Miss Brooks, an English teacher at Madison High School, and Mr. Boynton, a biology teacher, are dating. When Mr. Boynton hopes to win a professorship at State University, he tells the dean he is a family man living with his wife, a fib that leads Miss Brooks to agree to pose as Mrs. Boynton for an interview. Walter Denton and Harriet Conklin get involved as the rumors spread around school. Our Miss Brooks was broadcast on CBS Radio on January 22, 1950, starring Eve Arden. In this installment, the scheme for the dean's visit is set up and the principal, Mr. Conklin, begins to take notice.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
