What happens

Miss Brooks, an English teacher at Madison High School, works with the students and faculty when principal Osgood Conklin, a believer in meetings, calls a gathering over excessive noise in the school. He blames the constant conversation between boys and girls and announces a strict anti-fraternization rule, forbidding members of the opposite sex from talking except on school business. Miss Brooks and her friends respond by finding ways to talk anyway. This is the Our Miss Brooks series, aired on CBS Radio on July 24, 1955, starring Eve Arden, Gale Gordon, Jeff Chandler and Richard Crenna.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
