What happens
Lamar Cranston and his companion Margo Lane are guests at a diamond mining camp on Mount Raleigh, an isolated mountain on a remote Pacific island. Their host, Ned Fenton, and the mine's chief Major Whiteside have little patience for the rumors of a native servant, Tenga, who insists he has spoken to his dying son by telepathy. Soon Cranston and Lane find that Tenga has a warning for them about a threat to the mine, and an armed gang is circling the camp. The Shadow arrives to confront the strangers. The Mercury Theatre on the Air broadcast this story on July 31, 1938.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
