What happens

Mrs. Gregory, her daughter Joan, Captain Bradford and Jerry Hall are guests in Eucidia, a hidden city far below the South Pacific Ocean. After breakfast, the group agrees to explore on their own and sets a time to meet back at their quarters for lunch. Joan and Jerry head off together through the corridors, which slope steeply downward and are sealed by doors that respond to voice and touch. Their wandering leads them to a strange wall that seems to recede, and then to a great cave beneath the sea. Its floor holds green grass, trees and cattle, and they begin to understand where the city's fresh food comes from.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
