What happens
Captain Bradford, Mrs. Gregory, Jerry and Joan prepare to sail back to the magic island of Euchidia to face G-47 and his scientists. In the library of Mrs. Gregory's Los Angeles home, the captain explains his plans, and Mrs. Gregory voices her worry about the danger. The group learns that their private phone line has been tapped and that Euchidian agents have been listening in. A recording reveals orders for a submarine to follow their boat. As departure nears, Joan admits to feeling afraid for the first time, unsettled by the comforts of a world she is only beginning to know.
