What happens

Captain Tex Bradford, Patricia Gregory, her daughter Joan Gregory and young radio operator Jerry Hall are prisoners inside the Magic Island of Euclidea, a man-made structure occupied by mad scientists. Their steel quarters echo constantly, and they argue over how to escape while the scientist G47 watches them. They discover an old sailor's diary left in plain view, which raises hopes of an escape plan. Then a signal sounds, and Joan realizes the island is preparing to move beneath the ocean, leaving the prisoners fearful that no one will be able to find them.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
