What happens

Jerry of the Circus follows a young performer, Jerry, and his circus friends as a strong wind threatens the big top during an evening performance. Few people have come to the show, and Alfredo and Carlos, the brothers who perform on the wire, are unsettled by the weather. Carlos is taken ill after taking some pills, and Jerry learns that Jason is handling the lions while the cats grow restless. As the gale intensifies, the crew struggles to secure the tent, and Jerry joins the men and elephants to hold the ropes down while zebras break loose. The guide is limited to the opening portion of the episode.

A circus under a windy night sky, with its big top, animal tents and wagons.

Characters: Jerry, Jason, Carlos, Alfredo, Kelly, Randall, Bradley, Rags

Listen for: The howling wind and the straining canvas as the crew scrambles to secure the tent.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
