What happens
Jerry and Bumps, two performers with Randall Brothers Circus, visit the hospital to see Decker, a man badly hurt after falling from a train. Captain Reed of the police has been tracking a fugitive named Lorenz, and Decker is believed to be linked to him. While watching the nurse change Decker's bandages, Jerry notices a resemblance between the injured man and a photograph of his own uncle, Dan. Jerry is upset and unsure what to believe, and he and Bumps agree to return the next day to see whether Decker, once conscious, can explain the connection.
A city in the United States, in the 1930s, around a traveling circus, a police station, and a hospital.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
