What happens
Jack Benny prepares to make his violin debut at Carnegie Hall, playing a benefit concert alongside celebrated musicians. Mary Livingstone and Dennis Day tease him about his nerves and his musical reputation, while Rochester worries about a mix-up over his formal wear. Oscar Levant arrives to serve as Benny's accompanist, and the cast becomes distracted by a rehearsal-style spoof of the quiz program Information Please. This Jack Benny episode aired on January 17, 1943, on NBC and CBS Radio, with Jack Benny, Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson and Phil Harris among the lead performers.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
