What happens
Real estate agent Mr. Griffin sells the Crandall house on a cliff to Mr. Burley, despite a warning from Emily Robbins, a Crandall descendant who claims only a Crandall may live there. Soon after, Burley's wife dies suddenly, and Burley notices a fresh headstone in the family graveyard outside the window. Burley then dies in his garage from carbon monoxide fumes. Mr. Wagner buys the house next, and Mrs. Robbins returns, insisting the house itself is dangerous. Griffin, the agent, becomes the focus of Mrs. Robbins's suspicion as the deaths continue around the old house.
The old Crandall house, built over a century ago on a cliff above the ocean, with a family graveyard just outside its windows.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
