What happens
Raymond Edward Johnson hosts the Inner Sanctum and finds himself the target of a mysterious visitor. Raymond receives a slip of paper with four names from a figure claiming to be his late friend Gideon Blake, who was burned to death ten years earlier. Inspector Doyle is skeptical but investigates, and the names lead to a murdered woman named Stella and a chauffeur named Lane. As Raymond and Doyle look into the old Wilcox case and a series of deaths, the mystery deepens around a diamond ring, fingerprints and black hair found under fingernails.
