What happens
Britt Reid, a young newspaper publisher, writes a series of editorials attacking the parole system after a paroled criminal kills a watchman and injures two policemen. Attorney Gersman, who arranges paroles for convicts, is angered by the articles and threatens Reid, while the masked Green Hornet also warns Gersman to leave town. Reid's loyal associate Michael Oxford grows worried for his employer's safety and keeps watch over him at night. Reid slips away from the apartment in his disguise, and a series of confrontations follows as Gersman's associates turn on one another. The Green Hornet series, an old-time radio drama, is presented here with Reid and his valet Kato among the central characters.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
