What happens
Mike Axford, a reporter, finds a pair of polarized glasses and returns them to Mrs. Davidson Forest, a wealthy widow in Bayside Terrace. She invites him to her reception, where he is to meet the Baron de Soroca. Britt Reid, the publisher known as the Green Hornet, notices odd flashing lights from a yacht in the bay during his drive to the party. Britt and his valet Kato begin to decode the signals and suspect that Axford is in danger. Britt and Kato go back to the apartment to investigate further.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
