What happens
The Green Hornet, a masked crime fighter, confronts a wave of youth crime that has filled the city's headlines. Publisher Brit Reed of the Daily Sentinel urges police to get tough on juvenile delinquents, while reporter Mike Axford pursues the gang behind a string of robberies. Axford spots Bob Hobart, a well-liked teenager, in the company of the older and rougher Joey. Bob is pressed into the gang and made to drive its getaway car. When the Green Hornet comes to Bob's bedroom window, he must choose between his gang and an offer of a way out.
A city in the early evening and late night, including the Daily Sentinel newsroom, a west-side family home, a movie theatre and a jukebox cafe.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
