What happens
Father Knows Best is a family comedy from the old radio series, first aired on April 19, 1951, starring Robert Young. The Anderson family plans surprise parties for Jim and Margaret's wedding anniversary, and each member keeps the plan secret from the others. Betty and Bud arrange a party with the help of Mr. Smith, while Kathy is pulled into the scheme and then gets drawn into conversations with her father. Jim and Margaret are also planning something, and secrets pile up across the house. Confusion grows as the family members realize they are all organizing parties for the same evening.
