What happens
Duffy's Tavern presents a broadcast with guest Colonel Stoopnagle. Archie, the tavern manager, works on his income tax with the help of Finnegan, while Duffy is left heartbroken when his wife storms out. The Colonel arrives at the tavern with a tax-reducing machine he has invented, and Archie tries it out. The series aired on CBS, NBC Blue and NBC, and the lead actors include Ed Gardner, Shirley Booth, Charlie Cantor and Florence Halop. The episode was originally broadcast on 1944-03-07.
