What happens

Comic Weekly Man, a radio host, reads the funnies from Puck the Comic Weekly to his young listeners in this 1952 episode, broadcast on November 16. He reads Prince Valiant, in which Tilicum rescues little Arn from outlaws and leads him through the forest while Boltar pursues them. The host then reads Robin Hood, where Robin and his men free Maid Marion from Prince John's dungeon. Donald Duck tricks a helpful motorist into changing his tire. Flash Gordon is caught by a blue tentacled creature on Venus. Dagwood and Blondie, Dick's Adventures with Oliver Perry, Rusty Riley and Roy Rogers each receive a short installment. The episode ends with each strip left on a cliffhanger.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
