What happens
George Burns and Gracie Allen are at home when Gracie overhears a telephone call in which two men plan to kill a man named Burns at 360 North Camden Drive, which is their own address. Gracie is convinced George is the target and insists they seek help. George doubts her, but he is nervous enough to go along with their attempts to find protection. Bill Goodwin, Meredith Willson and Mel Blanc are part of the household's search for a bodyguard and a way out of the danger, and the couple's ideas for staying safe grow increasingly odd. This is the Burns and Allen program broadcast on March 13, 1947, on CBS and NBC Radio.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
