What happens
Gracie Allen and George Burns host old friend Walter O'Keefe at their home. Gracie reveals Walter is her former high school sweetheart from San Francisco, and the two reminisce about their youth and their vaudeville days. George feels left out, and as the talk drifts through a parade of half-remembered names from their old neighborhood, he tries repeatedly to join in. The episode is from the Burns and Allen series, originally broadcast on January 22, 1948, with Gracie Allen and George Burns in the leading roles.

Listen for: Gracie and Walter's reminiscing about their hometown, and George's repeated attempts to join the conversation
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
