What happens
Tarzan rescues Jane from the pirate ship and takes her deep into the jungle, believing that a wrong party cannot protect her. Professor Porter, Clayton, Archimedes and Francois escape the pirates in their longboat by hiding it in a narrow stream, then make their way on foot through the jungle. Lieutenant Donald, having also escaped, joins Jane and Tarzan at the hut. Tarzan sets out to search for the missing party. The broadcast ends with Professor Porter's group confronted by a band of armed blacks in the forest. This is part of the Tarzan series, adapted from the novels by Edgar Rice Burroughs, with James H. Pierce as Tarzan and Ann Burroughs as Jane.
