What happens

Tarzan, a jungle man who is learning to speak, leaves Jane on a platform in the trees to settle a dispute among the apes over a young ape named Gizan. Jane is left with the fruit she has gathered and waits for his return. Nearby, Professor Porter, Philander, Clayton and Dorno press through the dense jungle toward a cannibal village, searching for Jane. Philander and Porter argue about whether the jungle man who has been rescuing them is Tarzan himself, while Clayton urges caution and the group debates how to approach the village. Left alone, Jane hears voices in the distance, decides they belong to the search party, and climbs down from the platform toward them.

The African jungle, including a platform in the trees and a trail near a cannibal village.

Listen for: Tarzan's halting new speech as he learns words, and the search party's debate about how to approach the village.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
