What happens

Tarzan's jungle is the setting of this episode of the Tarzan series. Edwina Clark, a flower dealer in Beccorata, longs to find a rare orchid with an orange center that a native brought from the jungle. She sets out on a safari with a huge ox-drawn van and native bearers, and meets Tarzan, who agrees to help her. Along the way, the young native boy Togo arrives hurt and frightened, and Tarzan must decide what to believe about the woman he has agreed to guide. The episode is an adaptation of Edgar Rice Burroughs' Tarzan stories.

The jungle near Beccorata, Africa, where a flower bazaar and a greenhouse stand, and the surrounding wilderness through which a safari travels in search of orchids.

Characters: Tarzan, Edwina Clark, Togo, Tantor, Moana, Bertie

Listen for: Listen for Tarzan's exchanges with Edwina Clark during the safari, and for the sounds of the elephants and the van.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
