What happens

In the city of Tor, Tarzan, O'Rourke and Kyluk are bound to stakes in the square before Atayah's palace as punishment for refusing to reveal a plot for revolt among the jewel pit slaves. Black Maluk, an elephant Tarzan once befriended, answers his call and turns on the crowd, scattering the guards and freeing the captives. In Rator, the traitor Timor, having left Darno bound, is confronted by the Frenchman, who has escaped his ropes and now attacks with a sword. The three friends flee the square on the elephants and take shelter in a building, where they arm themselves and talk about the Chinese man Wong Lee, whose conduct they cannot explain. The episode is part of the Tarzan series.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
