What happens
Tarzan and O'Rourke are held in a jewel pit in Tor, where the ape man plans a slave uprising. Queen Ataya rides into the enclosure with Jeanette, but her elephant bolts toward an open pit. Tarzan leaps to halt the beast and saves the queen's life. Ataya offers him the kingship of Tor and her love, but Tarzan insists that his friends must go free first. Meanwhile, Don Ocanuk and Ukem slip into a Torian patrol camp at night to steal an elephant, Ukem silently kills a guard, and the pair flee on the animal as the camp wakes.
