What happens
Three keepers maintain a lonely lighthouse on Three Skeleton Key, a bare rock in tropical waters surrounded by sharks and jellyfish. One night a derelict three-master drifts toward the light, and its decks are covered with a vast swarm of rats. The keepers find themselves besieged as the creatures climb the tower and gnaw through the walls and floors. This episode of the Suspense series, first broadcast October 19, 1958, stars Vincent Price in the lead role. The story follows the keepers as they struggle to survive the rats and keep the light burning.
