What happens
Arthur Henderson-Lutrell, an American resident of Moscow, is arrested by the Soviet secret police at the opera and taken to a prison run by the MVD. Inspector Golovin, a small man with a set of steel teeth, presses him to sign a confession of espionage and sabotage. Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
