What happens
Superman, disguised as reporter Clark Kent, travels with Lois Lane to the town of Dyerville, which has been suffering a series of strange accidents. Their editor Perry White has sent them to investigate. Earlier, the fugitives Kino and the Wolf arrived at the underground hideout of the Yellow Mask, where a dispute broke out over who would run things. On the road, Clark and Lois are pursued by a mysterious car, and a voice speaks to them over the radio by name. As they cross the toll bridge into Dyerville, a sudden earthquake shakes the structure and Superman races to save it and Lois. The Adventures of Superman, a 1940 radio transcription serial, first aired March 22, 1940.
Metropolis and the hills outside Dyerville, including the toll bridge over the Jefferson River, and an underground hideout.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
