What happens
Superman investigates the mystery of the tiny men, who have already caused the death of Professor Giro's daughter. Professor Giro, a scientist with a secret formula wanted by the Nazis, was attacked in his boarding house by tiny men who forced him to reveal where the formula was hidden. Superman, disguised as Clark Kent, races to the scene and tries to piece together the professor's last words. Meanwhile, Lois Lane and Jimmy are trapped beneath the Tower of London, where the sound of German bombs grows closer and the ceiling begins to give way. This episode is Part 10 of the serial, first broadcast on September 28, 1942.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
