What happens
Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne, who is secretly Batman, face a threat after a letter revealing Kent as Superman falls into the hands of two pickpockets. The pickpockets rig a dynamite charge in Kent's telephone, and Wayne, answering the call, is caught in the blast. Kent and Wayne stage a story that Kent was seriously injured, hoping the pickpockets will believe it and drop their claim that he is Superman. A glove dropped on the fire escape is found by the police, and Kent realizes it may carry fingerprints that could link the case to Superman. The episode is part six of the serial The Adventures of Superman, first broadcast on December 2, 1946.
