What happens
Clark Kent, disguised as Superman, and the boys Jimmy Olsen and Pug Flanagan are pursuing the thief Carlo, who has taken the treasure map from the clipper ship Clara M. After freeing Pug from a storage bin, the boys try to stop Carlo and his partner Sanchez from sailing on Sanchez's fishing boat, the La Paloma. Trapped in an alley, they are rescued by Superman, who subdues the two men and hands them over. Afterwards, Kent receives an anonymous warning not to sail on the ship, and the map may be cursed. The episode is part three of a serial, and it is an installment of the radio series The Adventures of Superman, first aired in 1941 with its established cast.
